    Description

    We are hiring an experienced BCBA who is bilingual in Spanish to provide 2-tiered supervision, manage a caseload as a BCBA, and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.

    Requirements

    • Must have at least 3 years of experience as a BCBA supervising mid-level Master level supervisors
    • Bilingual Spanish fluency is a must
    • Active BCBA Certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
    • Experience as a specialist in Functional Behavior Assessment
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism as a BCBA
    • Completed 8-hour BACB Supervision Training
    • Preference for expertise in developing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs while supervising BCaBA's and/or Behavior Technicians
    • Reliable transportation is required
    • Strong technical skills and a commitment to quality service
    • Organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
    • Positive team player with a professional demeanor
    • Excellent interpersonal and social skills, with the ability to build connections easily
