- Develop, oversee, and manage individual client intervention programs
- Analyze data and adjust programming accordingly
- Prepare progress reports for various stakeholders
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and teachers for consistent programming
- Conduct and document Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Deliver ongoing training for parents, teachers, and staff
- Ensure quality of home and school programs
- Assist in IEP meetings and create BIPs for school clients
- Facilitate staff development workshops for training
- Provide BCBA supervision for certification candidates
- Manage staff and client schedules efficiently
- Minimum 2 years of BCBA supervision experience
- Holder of a valid driver's license and current car insurance
- Clearance of Negative TB test/LiveScan
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards helping others
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Preferably, be a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
- Proficient in parent training, data collection, and program development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
