AT OUR COMPANY:
- Handle administrative and organizational tasks
- Manage the service hotline as part of firstlevel support
- Create service tickets in the Field Service Management System (Engine4)
- Responsible for invoicing maintenance contracts and service calls in SAP
- Conduct debt collection for our department
- Maintain our master data in SAP & Engine
- Book accommodations for our service technicians
YOUR PROFILE TO START WITH US:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Proficient in using common MS Office applications
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Wellorganized, conscientious, serviceoriented, and independent work style
- Enjoy working with people
