This is a brief list of the tasks that will need to be completed as a hotel General Manager. Additional tasks will be discussed in further detail upon hiring.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, well-balanced, and motivated hotel General Manager (GM) for one of our limited service Flagstaff hotels.
We're a locally-owned hospitality company that aims to provide the best service and stay experience possible for every guest as well as a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for our staff and want a GM on our team that can fit right in and help us achieve these goals.
We could have a laundry list of qualifications and job responsibilities, and we actually do have those written down somewhere, but what matters at this point is that we're willing to hire the right person for the job even if all those boxes aren't checked. Let's be honest for a minute; we want to hire someone that is reliable, can manage employees from all walks of life, has a desire to do their best every day while at work, has great customer service skills, is flexible (no 2nd jobs), is proficient with computers and emerging technology, and has prior hotel management experience. This is a job for someone who is mature, has their stuff together, and wants to stick around for a while.
