- Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support to customers (pre and post-sale);
- Build relationships and provide product recommendations to customers
- Analyze and provide solutions to pre/post-sale;
- Collaborate with customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues support the marketing team for aspects of market insights and reviews;
- Professional skill to use MS office and experience in making sales briefing documentation and presenting;
- Some travel required (10-20%);
- Perform other duties as related to the job function as required.

- Supporting marketing events, follow up biz opportunities, local support;

- Strong marketing (market sensing, insight) and consulting experience.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Strong commitment to excellence, personal and professional growth
- Team-worker; ability to work in international and multi-cultural teams
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the company
- Required education: Bachelor's Degree of Economics, Data Engineering or any related field
- MBA or Masters Education background is a plus
- Proven experience in data analytics/consulting is a plus
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Total of 4+ years' experience is required
- Korean Bi-lingual required
