Position Summary:

The TM1 Planning Analytics Analyst is responsible for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) development and maintenance for financial planning, reporting, and forecasting.

This position will provide training/support to Finance team members.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Develop and maintain complex TM1 financial planning and reporting modelsPerform system upgrades for new version releasesImplement "best in class" processes and controlsEvaluate certified third-party solutions versus in-house developmentLiaise between Finance team and Information Technology team for financial system related issues, updates, and enhancement projectsCollaborate with business leaders to gather and analyze data and data requirementsDesign and develop new queries and reports in PAX/PAWTranslate strategic development roadmap into smaller projects and technical requirements to achieve overall objectivesPerform ad-hoc reporting requests of moderate complexityOther projects or duties as assignedRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related field3+ years of experience developing TM1 and Planning Analytics models2+ years of experience in client/business facing roleProven ability to organize, interpret, analyze, and accurately report information and financial dataProficient in Microsoft Excel and OutlookCreative problem-solving skills with the ability to apply knowledge of systems and processes to achieve desired resultsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, establish priorities, carry work through to completion using own initiative, and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals with diverse backgrounds and from all levels of the organizationEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to provide training to team members on TM1 and Planning AnalyticsAbility to travel up to 10%This position must pass a post-offer background and drug testPreferred Skills and Experience:Microsoft Office, Power BIProficient in SQLPhysical Demands and Work Environment :Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
