- Expert knowledge of how to build efficient IoT solutions.

- Strong understanding of communication protocols such as HTTP, TCP/IP, Modbus, MQTT, DNP3, etc.

- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.
- Basic knowledge of design techniques and principals involved in production of drawings and models.
- Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Adobe, Java, SQL, etc.
- Expert knowledge of basic Computer Science principles: data structures and algorithms.

- Collaborate with product team to analyze and document requirements.
- Help translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Evaluate partner ecosystem and help build the new partner network in IoT space.
- Work closely with SMEs to develop IoT solutions to further business goals.
- Must have prior work experience in IoT domain.
- Exposure and knowledge of Azure/AWS IoT Services, including IoT hub, function, edge, and related components.
- Automation - Automation Protocols (Modbus, Ethernet IP), OPC, instrumentation, PLC's.
- Ability to quickly evaluate and determine the validity and applicability of new IoT technologies
- Good knowledge of designing software systems and producing high-quality code.
- Experience with Databases, Storage, OSI PI Historian.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required.
- 7+ years' experience required.
