Responsibilities:

Collaboration on projects with the managing director, such as setting up a key performance indicator dashboard for company management
Support in optimizing our business processes and expanding the group's business
Research and information gathering, such as on sales partners and new business contacts
Organization and coordination of meetings and events
Appointment scheduling
Preparation of presentations

Qualifications:

University degree preferably in the field of business (business administration, economics, business management, general management) or in the humanities or natural sciences with a good understanding of economic relationships
Alternatively: a commercial education and/or further training, such as a management assistant, business specialist, trade specialist, business administrator (m/f/d) or similar with several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Organizational and coordination skills
Ability to familiarize oneself with complex company processes
Good numerical understanding and analytical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills
Confident appearance
