For a deployment in Goslar and surrounding areas, we are currently looking for a Field Service Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Coordination of technical field service in Goslar and surrounding areas

Appointment management for service technicians
-
Procurement of necessary hardware for locations and upcoming projects (e.g. rollouts and relocations)

Provision of
IT documentation:
On-site support for internal and external service providers at four locations

Inventory management:

Responsible for managing training rooms
If necessary: Taking on
field service tasks at the mentioned locations
Support in creating and expanding the user authorization concept

What you should bring:

Completed IT training, e.g. IT specialist, system informatics specialist, system electronics technician, system management clerk, computer scientist, electronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable professional experience
Excellent knowledge of
Windows environment (clients):
Basic knowledge in the area of
ITIL:
Proficient in
MS Office tools
Reliable and independent way of working
High service orientation and assertiveness
Excellent communication skills
Valid
driver's license (class B) and mobility
