Ocean Tomo's Financial Expert professionals have industry leading experience across all types of disputes. We are skilled in the determination of intellectual property damages including calculations of lost profits, price erosion, unjust enrichment, and reasonable royalty. As a Senior Analyst in the Financial Expert practice area, the engagements on which you will work cross numerous product lines and industries such that no case is the same twice. A Senior Analyst will typically be responsible for financial analysis, modeling, research and report writing. In the past, Senior Analysts have attended client meetings and teleconferences, attended depositions, attended trials and participated in other firm activities such as recruiting and practice development.

Established in 2003, Ocean Tomo, LLC provides Financial Expert, Management Consulting, and Advisory services related to intellectual property (IP) and other intangible assets; corporate accounting investigations; regulatory and reporting obligations; solvency and restructuring; and contractual or competition disputes.
Intangible assets comprise 90 percent of business value but are also subject to significant impairment due to enterprise and regulatory compliance risk. Ocean Tomo assists clients - corporations, law firms, governments, and institutional investors - in realizing Intellectual Capital Equity value broadly defined.
