BASIC FUNCTION

Position supports the IT Manager in the daily operations of the end-user IT help desk as well as assists with various IT projects for the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serves as the first point of contact for End-User computer issues.
Responsible for troubleshooting end-user computer issues pertaining to both hardware and software matters.
Assists with installation of software as directed by the IT Manager.
Provides support to End-User training of computer and phone system issues.
Responsible for creating new user accounts and email accounts for employees.
Assists with the creation of internal documentation for use by End-Users per the direction of the IT Manager.
