$80–90k Base + $400 per Meeting + 10% on Closed Deals + Equity

Help Turn $1.5M into $30M.
We're building core infrastructure for AI agents. AI agents are only useful if they can actually take action inside tools like Gmail, Slack, Salesforce, GitHub, etc. Building those integrations normally takes months of engineering. Our client gives AI agents access to 10,000+ tools instantly.

Now we're entering the next phase. We need someone sharp enough to catch and convert what others miss.
This Is Not a "Smile & Dial" SDR Role
You are not here to live in SalesLoft and measure success by dials.
You are here to:
Own the front door to one of the most exciting AI infrastructure products in market
Triage 300 inbound signups per day and identify who actually matters
Build the qualification engine (not just follow one)
Turn chaos into process
Close SMB deals
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Own Inbound:
Segment and qualify 300+ daily signups using product signals, ICP fit, and intent data.
Build Systems
Inbound flows aren't perfect.
Outbound needs refining.
Pricing needs tightening.
Customer onboarding needs structure.
You'll help design and fix these.
Signal-Based Outbound:
Use product usage, AI tools, community signals, and partner intel to run intelligent outbound.
Systematic Sales
ICP identification
On-prem systematic motion
Inbound routing logic
Sales process design
Helping automate everything that can be automated
You'll use AI daily to build leverage into your workflow.
If you aren't using AI to do 50% of your work already, this won't work.
Who This Is For
You are:
Analytical (econ, finance, quant, engineering, or systems thinker)
6–12 months into SaaS / AI SDR work (or equivalent startup grind)
Already AI-native (ChatGPT, Claude, agents, automation workflows)
Comfortable in ambiguity
Slightly obsessive
Comfortable with high volume and context switching
Hungry for upside over comfort
You walk into chaos and think: "This is messy… good."
This Is NOT For You If
You want a corporate enablement program with scripts and rigid cadences
You hate feedback
You don't want to be in the office (this is 5 days/week in San Francisco)
You want the AE title without building the engine
You're allergic to ownership
Bad fit:
someone who wants to "become an AE" but doesn't want to hustle.

someone who wants to build something and earn the right to close.
Compensation
$80–90k base
$400 per meeting booked
10% on closed revenue
