Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify potential leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure seamless sales processes.
Business Development:
Research and identify new business opportunities within the nutraceutical market.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
Present product offerings and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
Strategic Planning:
Create and implement strategic account plans to maximize sales and profitability.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
Forecast sales targets and track performance metrics.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery, or service.
Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development in a nutraceutical environment.
Knowledge of nutraceutical products, ingredients, and industry trends a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Must be organized and able to manage databases.
