Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Able to work independently on more varied and complex tasks and/or functional leadership without direct supervision.
Able to do more complete, broadscope inventory analyses, and able to make decisions based on such analyses.
Able to execute inventory carrying, usage, and planning decisions based on own research and decisionmaking without consultation with Manager/Supervisor. Regularly interfaces with Inventory Management and Warehouse department, Engineering, and Project teams when making decisions requiring judgment or resolving issues requiring creative solutions.
Able to assess supply/demand issues, recommend thorough solutions, and take initiatives to address those issues with little or no direct input from supervisors. May be required to lead teams of planners and other functions in specific planning and problemsolving activities.
Able to perform analyses on related processes, including materials planning activities, and recommend and implement process changes to improve results.
Frequent contact with Subsea Services Operations Project Managers and Deputy Project Managers, Operations Planners, Engineering, Procurement, Quality Assurance, HS&E, and all Shared Services within Subsea Services. All interaction with internal stakeholders occurs to ensure proper execution according to customer requirements.

Manage the new Installations process

MAIN TASKS:

Development of Tactical Project Execution Plan for the workshop. Create, schedule, and manage system demand for Asset Service work orders per internal requirements.
Create and process service orders and create system demand to support Asset Services customer maintenance and refurbishment plans.
Create and maintain a range (36 month) SAP workshop schedule, to include deconfliction of competing requirements and resources to create internal and external customer success.
Provides feedback to internal customers regarding delivery capability, work order variances, and project status.
You are meant for this job if:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience.

5 + years of experience in the oil & gas, energy, or related industries.
Prepare and deliver presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical. Proficiently communicates ideas and concepts with an ability to persuade and influence others as needed.
Stakeholders' relationship management (Project Management/Materials Planning/Workshop Planning/Tools Planning)
Knowledge of the Subsea Services Completions Rental / CP / Shop processes
Product knowledge
Ability to recognize and make corrective recommendations regarding contractual requirements to ensure compliance. Consult and help others to recognize when they consult with other departmental functions.
Project Schedules
Advanced analytical and problem solving. Beginning to utilize prevention skills.
The ability to define deadlines and manage priorities of self, team, and/or project is critical.
