- Oversees all QN's that are put into the system.
- Determines next steps in the process regarding actions for investigation and parties that need to be involved (including Purchasing, Sales, Supplier Quality, Warehouse, Production, QA Inspection).
- Creates additional QNs as needed depending on the product source.
- Conducts meetings with relevant stakeholders to determine root cause analysis, corrective actions/preventative actions, and measurement of effectiveness.
- Follows the QN through to completion and closes it out in the system. Ensures system is updated throughout the process by monitoring QN activity daily.
- Oversees physical movement of product as QN dictates.
- Escalates the QN when investigation and actions aren't proceeding according to plan.
- Reports actions and results back to the customer (internal and external) and key stakeholders.
- Provides additional support to the Quality team as needed.
- High school education or GED required. BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technologies, or other related technical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years quality or manufacturing experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to include effective written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to trouble shoot with high level of problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to interpret and understand drawings, part reports, bills of material, Engineering specifications and material standards.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities important.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and PC systems.
- Good organization and planning skills. Must be able to make decisions and push actions throughout all departments.

Job Purpose
Hiring QN Coordinator in Stephenville, TX This role will be responsible for the coordination of Quality Notifications (QN) from receipt to finish.
You are meant for this job if:
Shop:
Spends 95% of the time in a manufacturing/shop environment and 5% in an office environment.
Will be exposed to possible hazards including working with high-pressure equipment, working in limited spaces, high noise, inclement weather, chemicals, pressure testing, heavy lift operations and shop/field traffic.
Physical Demands:
Frequent walking, climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing upward, crawling in limited workspaces, and repetitive lifting of components up to 50 lbs.
