We are urgently looking for a
Vehicle Dispatcher (m/f/d) for a multi-location car dealership group.

Are you diligent, disciplined, and detail-oriented? Are you a team player? Then become part of our team

Your responsibilities:

You ensure smooth vehicle management for our new and used cars
You are responsible for processing and monitoring orders from acceptance to manufacturer incentive payments according to manufacturer guidelines
You coordinate vehicle registrations
You create vehicle invoices
You maintain vehicle inventory and data in our vehicle management system
Reporting is also part of your responsibilities
You support our colleagues in sales

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial training
Experience in the automotive industry is required
Proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
Precise and accurate work style with high selfinitiative
Endurance and organizational skills
Strong customer orientation
Communication skills with a desire for personal development
