    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized candidate to join our team on a full -time basis. The On-Site HR Assistant will provide clerical support to the Human Resources department, assisting with various HR functions. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in human resources.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment Support:
    - Assist with job postings, process pre-employment tests request notifications to applicants
    - Follow up with Hiring Managers on status of applicants
    - Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including collecting necessary documentation and data entry

    2. Employee Records and Documentation:
    - Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    - Help manage HR files, both physical and digital, and organize documents in a systematic manner.
    - Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports.

    3. Benefits and Compensation:
    - Support in benefits administration for new hires, including enrollments, and changes due to life qualifying events.
    - Assist employees with basic inquiries related to benefits.
    - Assist with annual benefits open enrollment processes.

    4. Compliance and Policy Implementation:
    - Help ensure compliance with HR policies, keep records of acknowledgements of company policies and procedures

    5. General HR Support:
    - Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including answering HR-related questions, and returning calls/emails to employees with inquiries
    - Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives.
    - Maintain a clean and organized HR workstation space.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework a plus
    - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Teams
    - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    - A basic understanding of HR principles and practices is preferred but not required
    - Prior administrative experience required
