Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience within eCommerce industry. At least 2+ of that experience in Retail domain.
Proven experience with Jira & Confluence.
Experience providing requirements for medium to large initiatives.
Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
Demonstrated experience translating strategy into feature development roadmaps.
Demonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology, while keeping guest experience top of mind.
