What's in it for you:

Base Salary 65k –80k per year (DOE and salary history)
Bonus: 20% of salary, typically paid quarterly
Benefits: 75% major medical for employee, optional dental/vision, company paid life and EAP benefits, available disability, etc. Parking based on location
PTO: acation 40 hours after the first 6 months, 80 hours after year

What we seek:

General Manager experience who will: lead all aspects of our polished casual restaurant.

You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our team members to provide excellent experiences for our guests and team members. Restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals.

You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards.

To be successful in this role, you'll need management skills and some experience in both front and back of the house.
