Description

Job Description for Customer Service Representative. We are currently seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing support for their needs.

You will be a key member of our team and will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Processes customer orders in real time via in person, phone, online, and/or email.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, inperson, and email in a timely and professional manner
Processes all administrative and operational tasks i.e. paperwork, reports, warehouse receiving and putaway
Operational Tasks which includes but are not limited to Receiving, Counting, Pulling/Staging orders and Stocking inventory
Provide support for customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Continuously learn about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Experience in customer service or related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Ability to work outside of normal hours, when needed
Effectively implements the basic procedures and protocols for interdepartment cooperation and teamwork
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs to stock and ship products when necessary
Ability to make upsells
