Customer service representatives are responsible for providing and maintaining a professional standard of service to our customers by responding to inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner. As a CSR, you will assist the customers in determining their professional needs when receiving or placing telephone calls.
**Essential Functions**
Responds to inquiries from customers and sales personnel.
Determines the professional needs of customers when receiving or placing calls.
Upgrades telephone orders. - Introduces and promotes new products during calls.
Researches and resolves customer problems relating to the merchandise department.
Participates in and supports campaigns/promotions sponsored by the Marketing Department, Region and/or Branch.
Expedites credits on merchandise returned from accounts.
Performs other Customer service representative duties as assigned.
**Job Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**
High School Degree or equivalent
2 to 5 years of Customer Service Experience
Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
Accuracy and strong attention to detail
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Computer Experience and General computer proficiency including knowledge of MS Office

Proficiency in SAP or related ERP

Lifting or Carrying, occasional, up to 50 pounds

Operate a computer of other office devices
