Secretary/Assistant to the Department Manager (m/f/d):
For our client, an internationally active company, we are currently looking for a Secretary/Assistant to the Department Manager (m/f/d) for the Sunnyvale, CA location.

Your responsibilities:
- Preparation and coordination of documents, projects, and meeting materials
- Content and graphic design of presentations
- Participation, planning, and organization of meetings, phone/video conferences, and events
- Organizing visitor programs and providing visitor support
- Correspondence
- Travel planning and expense reports
- Office management
- Preparation and creation of personnel statistics (Excel)
- Scheduling appointments (Lotus/Outlook)
- Placing orders through SAP
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the commercial field, e.g. as an office communication clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), or extensive experience as a commercial specialist
- Ideally, experience in office management
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Organized and independent work style
