Responsibilities:


  • You support with joy in the individual, holistic basic and treatment care according to the wishes and needs of our residents.
  • You plan motivating and activating daily activities together with the nursing professionals based on the individual needs of our residents.
  • You provide supportive assistance in the proper documentation of the entire care process.
  • Your open personality helps you to engage with our residents.

Profile:


  • An education as a nursing assistant or healthcare assistant is desirable, but not required. We also welcome career changers
  • You convince with empathy and social competence.
  • You are characterized by independent and solutionoriented work and bring a smile to our residents
