    Description

    **Buyer / Procurement Associate**

    San Francisco / Procurement / Full-time + Track inventory and ensure timely purchases and fulfillment

    + Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other issues

    + Improve our vendor database

    + Stay up to date on industry trends and new products

    + Negotiate on the prices and lead times

    + Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing

    + Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

    + Be a valued member of Popcorn Operations team, share your knowledge and ideas, support your colleagues and take the initiative to make us better.

    **Requirements**

    + 1+ years of procurement experience

    + Bachelors Degree in a related field

    + Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for learning

    + Excellent communication skills and most importantly: a can-do, will-do attitude

    + Good working knowledge of MS Excel, and preferably experience with an ERP system
