    Program Analyst, Mid

    The Opportunity:

    As a program analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a program analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our strategy. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project, and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, and customers.

    You Have:

    • 5+ years of experience working for the DoD, Joint Staff (JS), or a Service-level staff office developing executive-level briefings and deliverables
    • Experience evaluating and overseeing project execution of near-term, mid-term, and long-term assignments
    • Experience developing data and visualizations to track program schedules
    • Experience using Microsoft Project
    • Ability to support senior executives in task management, compliance reviews of materials, strategic guidance, and the development of reports, information papers, presentation material, talking points, and official correspondence
    • Ability to obtain a security clearance
    • Bachelor's degree

    Nice If You Have:

    • Experience with a DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Manager, or Product Manager
    • Experience with Milestones Professional
    • Knowledge of Army organization structure and Unit Task Organization concepts
    • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and projects within critical deadlines
    • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • PMP Certification
    • DAWIA Advanced Certification

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
