Plant Manager, Human Resources at Insight Global in American Falls, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Plant Manager of Human Resources to come on board full time in American Falls, ID.
This individual will be actively supporting the growth of the plant with the addition of 135 new employees for a new production line.
This is a 24 hour / 7 day a week facility so having experience creating the schedule for a round the clock work force is imperative.
This person must have experience supporting larger manufacturing facilities with ideally over 200 personnel.Experience working with Unions is a must as well as all of the production and manufacturing employees will be Union members.
You will have a number of HR generalists and operations support personnel underneath you to support you in this position but needing someone comfortable at leading from the helm.
