Are you interested in learning a metal trade, but not sure where to start? We offer various options for you: Begin with our two-year apprenticeship as a metal technician and then decide with your trainer whether you want to start your career directly or pursue further training.

During the apprenticeship as a metal technician (m/f/d), you can expect interesting and varied tasks such as:

  • Basic skills in metal processing (drilling, filing, grinding, cutting, joining, and forming) and machine production (turning and milling)
  • Manufacturing and assembly of components and assemblies using various joining techniques
  • Execution and implementation of work and test instructions
  • Application of circuit and functional diagrams of different systems
  • Monitoring and optimization of assembly and disassembly processes, as well as manual and machine production of components
  • Assembly of lines, electrical and electronic components
  • Implementation of quality assurance measures
In the second year of your apprenticeship, you will decide together with your trainer which specialization you want to focus on:

  • Assembly technology
