What to expect

As a construction manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing the construction execution of exciting construction projects in the field of civil and road construction, taking full responsibility for meeting deadlines, economic efficiency, and quality
You will coordinate, correspond, review invoices, technically monitor, and evaluate subcontractor services
You will be in charge of controlling deadlines, costs, and budgets
Additionally, you will be responsible for personnel planning and management
Your tasks will also include monitoring occupational safety and environmental regulations

Your foundation

You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on civil and road construction, or have a degree as a construction technician (m/f/d) with comparable knowledge
Ideally, you have gained professional experience as a civil engineer (m/f/d) in the field of civil and road construction
You have knowledge of constructionspecific computer applications, ideally with ARRIBA/iTWO
You impress with your independent and resultsoriented work style, complemented by leadership skills
