With our Foodjis, we bring ultra-fresh, delicious meals right to where you spend most of your time - because our goal is to provide access to healthy food for over 10 million employees and reduce food waste.

As an
Accountant (all genders), you are at home in the world of finance and love juggling numbers. You are our Foodji financial expert and always keep an overview.

This includes:

Responsibility for accounts payable in our invoice management software:
Incoming invoices, credit card receipts, approval process, payment reminders
Monitoring the purchasing process in our new ERP system (Netsuite oracle):
Quantity and price checks between order, receipt of goods, and invoice
Clarification of open orders
Supporting the team in creating monthly financial statements and detailed analyses
Collaborating on optimizing financial processes and developing the ERP system

WHAT YOU BRING:

Completed commercial training (office clerk, industrial clerk) or a degree in business administration (business administration, economics)
You have a good understanding of accounting and have good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Ideally, you have some experience with ERP systems and accounting software
Interest in automating processes in the finance department
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
