The strategy team is a part of the Business Development, Strategy & Communications department (BDSC) within the Electrification Solutions Division.

The BDSC department serves as a partner and consultant to the entire organization, particularly the management team. Our global team consists of colleagues in North America, Europe, and China.

As a part of the strategy team, we are responsible for portfolio management, strategy development & M&A, and contribute to shaping the long-term goals of our organization.

We are currently seeking an intern to join our team at the Regensburg site.

Your Mission:

Create slide presentations for senior management on market trends in the field of electromobility to support strategic decisionmaking.
Implement and further develop a comprehensive competition screening approach and derive strategic decisionmaking tools.
Create and analyze business cases for innovative future business opportunities.
Assist with research and evaluation of potential M&A targets.

Your Talents:

Currently studying in the field of (industrial) engineering, economics, or a related field.
Proficient in MS Office programs, especially MS Powerpoint.
Previous experience in strategy or business development is desirable.
Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills.
Interest in corporate strategy and staying updated on new trends in business and technology.
