We are looking for you As a
Team Leader in the Call Center (m/f/d) for a growing client company in full-time and direct employment in Leipzig.


Your tasks:

You independently lead your team

  • In daytoday operations, you support your employees both technically and professionally
  • You are responsible for actively managing telephone calls and processing written documents in a profitable and customeroriented manner, in accordance with the defined service standards of our clients
  • Your role is focused on completing business processes through your team
  • You support the management in special business transactions
  • You handle complaints, telephone inquiries, and written processes in a serviceoriented manner as part of the team

Salary starting at €33,000 gross plus individual bonuses

Working hours currently 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, future plans to work in shifts from 7:30 am - 12:30 am


Your qualifications:


  • You have completed a commercial education and have initial experience in personnel management
  • You are proficient in using the entire MS Office package
  • You possess social and leadership skills, conflict resolution abilities, organizational skills, and decisionmaking abilities
  • You are both communicative and proficient in German language, both written and spoken
  • You have a confident and convincing demeanor, assertiveness, high commitment, and flexibility in daytoday operations
  • You enjoy responsibly, carefully, conceptually, and successfully leading a team
