Job Description:

As a member of our team in Baton Rouge, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for standardization and optimization of processes and HR data from various SAP HCM systems.

You will report directly to the project management and provide hands-on support with your comprehensive expertise.

In this role, you will also act as a consultant and provide support for the HCM consolidation project, proactively managing tasks.

Working closely with the project team on HR and IT aspects, you will ensure the best possible outcome for all areas.

You will actively participate in decision-making processes and develop new concepts for this purpose. Your goal will be to continuously improve HR data to enhance data quality and user experience. You will also design and conduct training for SAP HCM users to keep your colleagues up-to-date. Additionally, you will perform data quality and system tests before implementing changes in the production system.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in business administration, (business) informatics, or a related field.

You should also have previous experience in participating in IT projects and knowledge of common project structures and methods. Practical experience with SAP ERP HCM and underlying HR processes is required, and experience with S4HANA is preferred. You should have a self-sufficient, methodical, and conceptual approach to work, as well as strong analytical thinking skills.
