Albert Bow is seeking a CFO based in Monfort Heights to join a leading company dedicated to using AI to combat climate change.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company in a period of growth. As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company during this important phase and leading them into their next round of funding.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic CFO to oversee financial strategy and operations in our GreenTech company. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive growth by managing planning, fundraising, compliance, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategy
  • Manage capital and fundraising efforts
  • Ensure financial compliance
  • Provide strategic leadership and collaboration
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in GreenTech
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proven track record in scaling operations and raising capital
