    Business Development Director HCM Enterprise Accounts

    Integral Group Solution is an innovative and foremost company committed to delivering and marketing assistance services for the mass consumer market. We specialize in developing business models centered around services that generate revenue for our business partners and provide value to their customer-base.

    Founded in Chile in 2012, our company rapidly expanded into Argentina and subsequently across Latin America. We are now embarking on the launch of our operations in the USA.

    This role will focus on large enterprise accounts seeking customized products and services on both B2B and B2B2C models. The incumbent will establish robust partnerships to promote assistance services to the Human Capital Management sector, including Benefit Consultant Companies, Payroll companies, among others, through affinity partnerships.

    Business Development Director HCM Enterprise Accounts will serve as an accomplished sales strategist, adept at identifying substantial enterprise accounts.

    This seasoned sales professional will drive towards our sales objectives by actively sourcing new distribution partners and cultivating relationships with our current partners. They will seek partnerships with organizations aligned with our strategic objectives.

    Reporting directly to the CEO of IGS USA, this role will hold significant leadership within the management team. They will play a pivotalrole in shaping the future growth, direction, and triumph of the company.

    Responsibilities:
