- Owning decisions on your product area on the roadmap and what to roll out
- Leading cross-functional teams to define and execute innovative ideas
- Set a vision and strategy for the evolution of our payment platform; Communicating this strategy broadly throughout the organization
- Defining, developing, experimenting and launching payment innovations on a global level
- Managing a team of product managers who own, develop, and roll out our payments product roadmap
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to excel in a dynamic, intellectual, results-driven environment
- 10+ years experience in product management with a proven record of successfully launching and growing payment products (media/tech/entertainment focus preferred but not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you will write and speak a lot
- Comfortable using data to inform priorities and evaluate impact of initiatives
- Strong instincts for outstanding customer experience
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a cross-functional team – your ability to build strong relationships is critical to success in this role
- 5+ years leading well-established product management teams, with a proven record of prioritizing and successfully launching impactful products or platforms, preferably with global scope where the consumer is paying for the service
