THESE TASKS AWAIT YOU:
Technical and disciplinary management of the team with approximately 45 employees Responsibility for achieving goals in terms of adherence to deadlines, quality and productivity, as well as continuous improvement of work processes Preparation of personnel and shift planning Control of maintenance and repair work, participation in preventive maintenance planning, as well as recording and remedying malfunctions and defects in production equipment Active communication and exchange of information within shifts (3-shift operation with three shift leaders) Cross-departmental communication with the departments of design, production control, quality assurance, purchasing and maintenance Quality assurance / inspection within the department
