Description

We, GFR Industriemontagen GmbH, have been working with Siemens Mobility GmbH nationwide for many years. Our core competence lies in the temporary employment of qualified employees. The test center for rail vehicles is located in Wegberg. Here, tests, validations, approvals, repairs, and modernizations of rail vehicles and systems such as the ICE4 are carried out.

Currently, we are looking for several electricians/commissioning engineers (m/f/d) or equivalent qualifications for the commissioning of rail vehicles. The main focus of the job is commissioning/warranty processing of rail vehicles (battery and onboard power supply, door systems, air conditioning, transformers, smoke detectors, etc.) according to test specifications/test instructions.

Your tasks:

Functional testing of complex electronic systems on rail vehicles
Independent production of electrical and pneumatic/hydraulic systems/functions of a vehicle
Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and error correction (wiring errors) according to technical documents/specifications (wiring diagrams, circuit and function diagrams)
Installation of device software
Proper documentation of work results, keeping records and error lists
Compliance with safety and EHS regulations
Work in the area of electrically active components and devices
