    What we offer:

    • Pay Based on Experience
    • Pay Range: $28/hr - $35/hr

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Self-Motivated, Punctual, Team Player
    • Knowledge in dental assistant terminology and procedures
    • Open Dental experience preferred but not required

    Essential Functions:

    • Assist the dentist during treatment procedures
    • Perform restorative procedures, coronal polishing, and sealant placement
    • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
    • Provide chairside assistance and support
    • Take and develop dental radiographs
    • Maintain accurate patient records
    • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
    • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-operative care

    License Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
    • Ohio Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and X-ray Certification (Required)
    • CPR Certification (Required)
