Overview :

Our direct client has an immediate need for a Strategic Plan Implementation Analyst to work ONSITE with a Federal Program in Silver Spring, MD. In this role, you will support the implementation of a multi-year strategic plan. Support activities include coordinating with multiple stakeholders to collect and analyze data, collaborating with senior level agency employes, tracking project progress towards key milestones, cataloging IT systems, developing training programs, and conducting strategic assessments. The ideal candidate can work independently and is able to adapt to evolving client requests.

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens and be able to pass the client's background check.

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
Familiarity with the current tools and technologies used in the Federal space (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, Appian, and Oracle)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of IT governance and technical assessments
Experience with training programming and professional development strategies
