Human Resources Representative for Customer Contact Center (m/f/d)

Join our customer contact center in the areas of employee support and recruitment.

Responsibilities

Point of contact for managers and employees for all HRrelated topics and inquiries.
Comprehensive HR administration in compliance with legal regulations.
Preparation of employment and amendment contracts, references, and all administrative correspondence within the HR department.
Independent management, development, implementation, and monitoring of HRrelated processes (e.g. application and hiring process).
Conducting job interviews.
Participation in continuous optimization of HR processes.
Planning and execution of events and job fairs.

Qualifications

Completed degree in Human Resources or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably with further training as a HR specialist.
Good knowledge or experience in the areas of HR marketing and/or HR administration is advantageous.
You share our enthusiasm for successfully onboarding and developing our employees.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
IT affinity and proficiency in MS Office applications are essential for this position.
High level of initiative and resilience.
