Description
We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Marketing Manager, Experiential for our Amazon Fresh team, responsible for driving various experiential touchpoints including our in-store sampling program and seasonal activation.
In this role, you will drive the vision and execution for our sampling program and work with agency partners and internal teams to produce engaging seasonal experiential moments in store.
You will work with marketing channel owners to promote activations broadly and advocate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly project manage while delivering long-term success.
Most importantly, you work backwards from the customer to drive engaging programming while deep diving to identify and mitigate gaps.

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
