    Description

    Non-IT Program Manager at [Company Name]

    The main role of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out, among others. They are responsible for leading the execution of strategic programs in Technology & Operations and partnering with various teams for successful project delivery.

    Daily Responsibilities:

    • Lead project management delivery teams and execute major programs for Technology & Operations on behalf of Media.
    • Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and schedules aligning with the organization's goals.
    • Accountable for IT Financial management across Technology M&A execution programs.
    • Inspire and guide global project professionals, ensuring strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Maintain high ethical standards and uphold the Code of Ethics within the business.

    Degree or Certifications Required:

    Certification in program management is necessary.

    Required Background/Skillsets:

    • Demonstrated leadership success in a dynamic environment with strong project and program management experience.
    • Experience delivering major programs in large multi-million dollar media and/or technology environments.
    • Superior communication and customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
    • Sound knowledge of product management, platforms, and systems ecosystem.
    • Proven ability to lead successful teams, multitask, and balance risk with business priorities.
    • Strong analytics, problem-solving skills, and an execution-focused attitude.

    Education:

    Master's or bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

    Mandatory Experience:

    Minimum of 10 years of experience in large technology organizations.

    Preferred Experience:

    Experience in the media industry is a plus.

    Preferred Certifications:

    PMI PfMP, PMI PgMP, PMI PMP, A-CSM, CSM, SAFe
