    Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator/Facilities Management
    Location: 400 East Rivulon Boulevard Gilbert AZ 85297 United States
    Duration: 4 Months
    Rate: $20hr on W2
    Shift: Mon to Fri


    Summary:
    This role primarily entails on-site reception duties with a significant focus on email and ticket responses, with occasional phone responsibilities. Responsibilities include responding to emails and tickets through a client portal ticket system and managing building-related requests. The individual will utilize an internal app to track requests and report to supervisors. Additional duties involve assisting with parking validation, managing badge/registration requests, and addressing internal client needs such as conference room management. Physical tasks include walking the floor, restocking pantry supplies, and maintaining office upkeep.
    Responsibilities:
    • Provide coordination and administrative support for Workplace Services, including reception, conference and meeting room management, A/V support, meeting and event management, workplace coaching, and onboarding.
    • Assist with parking validation, badge/registration requests, and responding to internal client requests, including conference room management.
    • Maintain office upkeep by walking the floor and restocking pantry supplies.
    • Manage accuracy, production, quality, and retention of program materials, including administration of SharePoint sites.
    • Utilize and maintain integrity of databases and digital tools associated with service delivery.
    • Respond to customer requests and complaints regarding Workplace Experience services.
    • Maintain relationships with vendors providing services and goods to the office.
    • Administer Workplace Experience team member and third-party service provider onboarding process.
    • Assist in completion of office Business Continuity plan.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Must-Haves:
    • High School Diploma or GED required, with 1-2 years related experience in front desk or reception roles.
    • Basic financial knowledge and reasoning ability
    • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products
