Junior Consultant Supplier Development (m/w/d)
At Bucks Lake, we are always striving for excellence in supplier management. As a team, we constantly monitor and improve our supplier structure and development. Together, we enhance the performance of our supplier network and optimize the value chain from raw materials to store shelves. As a member of our team, you will enable our supplier network to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement. In the area of supplier structuring, we not only evaluate suppliers and analyze data, but also generate knowledge. We use this knowledge to continuously improve our process quality and IT systems. This allows us to learn from the risks and opportunities of today's world and ensure product availability for the future.
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting in identifying potentials and deriving recommendations for improving our international supplier network
- Conducting projects and workshops in close collaboration with our strategic suppliers and top management
- Supporting the realization of process and organizational optimizations along the entire value chain
- Participating in business cases to evaluate investment projects and their implementation
- Developing standards and methods in supplier management
Your profile:
- Completed degree in industrial engineering or a technical-business degree with a focus on production
- Previous experience in optimizing production processes, preferably in a consulting firm
