  • Maintenance of online reservation systems and DIRS2
  • Introduction and training of apprentices
  • Checkin and checkout of guests
  • Professional handling of complaints

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training in the hotel industry or degree in hotel management
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Flexibility and team spirit
  • Confident and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with hotel software Infor and booking portal DIRS21 preferred
  • Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
  • Enjoyment of the gastronomy and hotel industry and interacting with guests
