- Under the supervision and direction of the Operations Director, ensure all grounds and facilities are maintained and appealing for guests, including baptismal pool, trash pickup around property, minor landscaping, and general maintenance
- Ensure the timely set up/ tear down of all rooms for weekday and weekend events
- Ensure cleanliness of campus (i.e. floors swept and mopped, trash removed, bathrooms in working condition and toiletry supplies filled regularly)
- Ensure warehouse is maintained and kept neat daily.
- Pro-active in looking for maintenance, cleanliness issues around campus and addressing them
- Ensure that all quality standards for COF Facilities are maintained
- Communicate any major facilities issues to the supervisor in a timely manner
- Work with volunteer facilities team during weekends and special events
- Together with the Director of Security, ensure the building is secured nightly
- Anything else as assigned by the Executive Leadership Team
- Uphold a close and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- A baptized believer of Jesus Christ
- High commitment to, and practices, regular prayer and time in the Word
