Description
We are seeking a dedicated ADON - Staffing Coordinator to join our team Full-Time.


Duties:


  • Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of staff assignments
  • Oversee shift management and ensure proper allocation of resources
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and Medicare guidelines
  • Uphold resident rights and privacy standards
  • Review and maintain documentation related to patient care
  • Coordinate staffing needs for hospice care services
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of medical records

Skills:


  • Previous experience in skilled nursing home field preferred
  • Knowledge of care plans, nurse management, and home care practices
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and Medicare requirements
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance

$70, $75,000.00 per year
