    Als Kundenberater*in im Customer Service bist du **kompetenter Ansprechpartner*in fr unsere Kunden** sowohl **per Telefon als auch per Mail** (Inbound).

    Du beweist auf dieser Position **Fingerspitzengefhl** wenn es darum geht, **Kundenanfragen** zu **beantworten** und die **Kundenbedrfnisse** zu **erkennen**.

    Mit der **Kundenzufriedenheit als oberstes Ziel** gehst du bestmglich **nach Prozess** auf jeden individuellen Fall ein und **findest fr den Kunden eine optimale Lsung.**

    Du verfgst ber **sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift** von Vorteil sind aber auch folgende Sprachen: Franzsisch, Ungarisch, Polnisch, Tschechisch, Slowakisch

    Zudem ist ein **gutes technisches Verstndnis** (insbesondere MS Office sowie SAP/CRM) von Vorteil.

    Du bist **zeitlich flexibel** und dazu bereit, auch am **Wochenende** und im **Schichtmodell** zu arbeiten.

    Wir bieten dir einen **Basis-Stundenlohn von 13,50** bei einer **40 Std. Woche**, **zuzglich Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld** betrgt der Stundenlohn ** 15,19**.

    Profitiere von **flexiblen Arbeitszeiten** im Zeitraum von **Montag bis Sonntag und an Feiertagen von 7 bis 22 Uhr**. Die **Schichtplanung** erfolgt zwei **Wochen im Voraus** fr den Folgemonat.
