About the Role & Team


What You Will Do:


  • Meeting coordination/scheduling, logistics, preparation, invitations and materials for both internal and external partners
  • Heavy calendar management, including daytoday meetings and long range planning
  • Weekly Preparation of materials across the Media, Integrated Marketing & Synergy and Growth Marketing departments, to be organized in partnership with the Executive Vice President
  • Partnering and working extensively with internal departments and external vendors to provide and/or receive necessary information, materials, approvals, updates, etc.
  • Filing of reference materials, background, and overview information
  • Book travel arrangements and complete travel expenses in a timely manner using Concur
  • Order supplies/materials and process invoices where necessary using SAP
  • Support departmental projects as needed
  • Spearhead and coordinate internal team events/ meetings/ recognitions

Required Qualifications & Skills:


  • Prior work experience in a support or administrative role within the entertainment industry or comparable experience
  • Excellent Computer Skills required
  • Strong proficiency with both PC and Mac, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Docs
  • Familiarity with SAP
  • Proven track record of prioritization and meeting deadlines, adept at making swift decisions and adapting to changing circumstances with ease and flexibility.
  • Exemplary attention to detail coupled with the capacity to maintain professionalism even in highpressure situations.
  • Outstanding l organizational skills and commitment to followthrough, capable of efficiently managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective interaction and transmission of information.
  • Possesses a positive outlook and demonstrates proactive, resourceful, and adaptable qualities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative work environments and seamless coordination with fellow assistants and staff across all levels.
  • Valued team player with an easygoing manner, adept at navigating diverse personalities, responsibilities, and assignments with ease

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience
