    Job Description


    The Commercial Banking Relationship Manager (RM) manages and grows a large and complex portfolio of middle market businesses in the Texas Region having revenues ranging from $25 million to $1 billion.

    The RM prospects for and closes new business relationships while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Works closely with the portfolio management team to manage loan and portfolio credit quality.

    Provides financial advice to customers and recommends appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients and makes appropriate referrals.

    Basic Qualifications
    Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
    10 or more years of commercial lending experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience
    Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills
    Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
    Considerable knowledge of credit and credit quality
    Thorough knowledge of bank products and services
    Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships
    Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
    Previous small business banking experience

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.

    In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).


    Pay Range:
    $129, $152, $167,530.00Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need. Job postings in areas with a high volume of applicants, such as customer service, contact center, and Financial Crimes investigations, remain open for approximately 5 days of the posting listed date.
